I have always admired illustration but found it intimidating. The pandemic presented an opportunity to explore this interest as a way to gift special memories to loved ones during hard times. Playing around with digital art, I found a new medium with which I could express myself and help others connect. I learned more about color theory, making animations, and the patience of trusting the process. Since then, I  have used this skill to create social media content and to complement my written work.
